LIVND provides booking services for indoor playgrounds operated by third-party merchants.
This policy governs cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules.
1. NO CANCELLATION – NO REFUNDS
- All confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable.
- Once payment is completed, cancellation refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
2. RESCHEDULING
- Rescheduling is permitted only if supported by the specific playground merchant.
- Each merchant may define:
- how many hours prior a reschedule is allowed
- the number of permitted reschedules
- blackout dates
- Users must follow the rescheduling instructions shown within the platform.
3. LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS
Merchants may classify the booking as "used" and deny entry if:
- Users arrive late
- Users do not show up
Such cases are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
4. PLAYGROUND CLOSURES
If a merchant cancels a session due to:
- maintenance
- safety issues
- weather concerns (if applicable)
- operational issues
The merchant may provide a reschedule option.
